Exchanges

We want you to love your J Nicole Jewelry. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unused items in their original condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS

While we do not accept returns, we’re happy to offer store credit for unworn items returned within 14 days of delivery.
